About SET 2024
SET 2024 : Symbiosis International University has released the SET admit card 2024 for test 1 on April 25. Candidates who have registered for the SET 2024 can download the Symbiosis exam admit card from the official website - set-test.org. Aspirants have to use their email id and password to download the admit card of SET 2024. Candidates have to carry the SET admit card 2024 to the exam centre.
Along with the official notification, the authorities have also announced the SET exam date 2024. Symbiosis entrance test 2024 will be conducted on May 5 and 11. SET registration process 2024 was open from December 13 to April 12. To fill out the SET 2024 application form applicants needed to visit the official website of Symbiosis International University and register themselves with a valid email ID and phone number. Admission to the undergraduate programmes offered by the university will be done through the Symbiosis entrance test 2024.
The duration of the SET 2024 entrance test will be 60 minutes. The SET exam paper 2024 will have questions from different sections like general awareness, quantitative aptitude, general English, and analytical and logical reasoning. The SET 2024 entrance test also includes a written ability test. Based on the marks obtained in the Symbiosis entrance exam 2024, candidates will be allotted a seat. SET result 2024 will be made available at the official website.
What is SET?
Held by Symbiosis International University (Deemed University), Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) is an entrance test for admissions to undergraduate programmes offered by 12 institutes affiliated to the university. SET Test is an online mode exam for various UG courses such as BBA, BA, BCA, and BSc Hons.
Candidates preparing to take admission in Symbiosis School of Liberal Arts must note that for admission to SSLA, candidates are not required to appear for the SET exam. Candidates are advised to visit the official portal at ssla.edu.in to apply for programmes offered by SSLA.
Note: Candidates preparing for admission in BA Liberal Arts programme, with honours or research project, with specialisation, in subjects such as Media Studies, International Relations, Business Studies and others are required to visit the SSLA portal at ssla.edu.in. Admission to BA Liberal Arts programmes are not conducted through Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET).

The application process of SET 2024 has been concluded. Candidates could apply for SET 2024 exam at set-test.org till April 12. It is to be noted that candidates had to pay the programme fee separately for admissions in addition to the application fee of SET exam 2024. Following are the steps to apply for the SET 2024 entrance test.
Step 1: Register online for SET 2024. The user ID and password will be generated.
Step 2: Fill all details in the form including personal, educational, communication details, three choices of exam centres, choices of courses/ institutes and book the slots. One can apply for up to two exams (one from the morning shift and one from the evening).
Step 3: Upload scanned copies of recent passport sized photograph (not be more than 3 months old ) and signature of the specified size.
Step 4: Pay the application fee. Payment can be made online through Easebuss Payment Gateway, Billdesk Gateway, and Indian Bank Gateway or offline via Demand Draft (DD) in favour of “Symbiosis Test Secretariat” payable at Pune (through a nationalized bank).
Step 5: In case of offline payment, students have to take a printout of the payment advice form available in the registration portal, fill in the details of DD, sign it and send it along with the DD to Symbiosis Test Secretariat, Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Gram: Lavale, Tal: Mulshi, Dist.: Pune – 412115
How to make corrections in SET application form 2024?
- Go to the "Existing User" tabon the SET exam official website
- Login by entering the SET ID/ Email ID and password
- Make the necessary corrections in the application form and save.
Students are allowed to make changes in SET application form 2024 (except exam city preference and admission category) until the deadline.

SET 2024 Preparation Tips
Candidates appearing for SET 2024 can use the given preparation tips to crack the exam. While the exam and syllabus for each course is different, the preparation guidelines are mostly common.

SET General Exam Pattern
Candidates are advised to check the SET exam pattern 2024 before preparing for the Symbiosis entrance test. Important Instructions for Candidates
- Students who are appearing for two exams must carry two separate admit card for each SET test respectively.

- Candidates must take a colour printout only to the SET 2024.

The candidates are required to apply for admissions to the respective institutes for the courses of their preference. They will be shortlisted on the basis of their merit in SET exam 2024. They must qualify in the further process like interview and GD etc as applicable. Thereafter they must confirm their admissions if they are selected for the same.

The result of SITEEE 2024 will be declared at the official website. Candidates who qualify the exam will have to report to the designated venue for document verification on the day of counselling. They will have to carry required documents in original as well as attested photocopies along with two passport size photographs. The counselling will be first held for the candidates who clear SITEEE 2024 and then for ones who registered for admission on the basis of exams such as JEE Main and MHT CET.
SET General Selection Process
The students who are deemed as qualified after the result of aptitude test and written ability test will be called for personal interview. It is mandatory for all the candidates to appear in all of the rounds - aptitude test, WAT and PI/GD to be eligible for admission to the UG programmes. SET SLAT Selection Process
After the announcement of SLAT 2024 result, the university will share the scorecards with the institutes. Candidates who clear the entrance exam will have to appear in the writing ability test and personal interview round which are conducted by each law school separately.
The WAT round will be 20 marks while the personal interaction (PI) will be of 30 marks. To shortlist the candidates for admissions, the law schools will prepare merit lists based on candidates' performance in the entrance exam, PI and WAT round.
